Are Isagenix Products Gluten Free?

Most Isagenix products do not contain gluten., The Isagenix 9 and 30 day cleansing and fat burning systems are gluten free.

However Isagenix products are manufactured in facilities that also produce products that may contain milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and/or soybeans.

I have a food allergy, can I still use Isagenix products?

We recommend viewing the allergen table, a quick reference guide which highlights any potential allergens across the entire product range.

I am a diabetic, can I still cleanse?

If you are on medication or have any pre-existing health conditions it is very important to take advice from your Doctor prior to using Isagenix products, particularly when it relates to Diabetes, insulin dependency and blood sugar levels.

I am breastfeeding, can I still use Isagenix?

When you are breastfeeding you would need to avoid Deep Cleansing and therefore shouldn’t do the deep cleansing days that a part of the Isagenix 9 day and 30 day programs. However many mothers who are either pregnant or breastfeeding their babies to use other Isagenix food products, such as the IsaLean Shake for example, however this should only be done after consulting with your health care practitioner first

I am on medication, can you tell me if it is safe to use Isagenix products?

Unfortunately it is not possible to provide advice, you need to consult the Doctor who is responsible for your care and seek their recommendations. They are aware of your specific medications, dosage and medical history and need to be informed of any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

How do I find out what ingredients are in the Isagenix products?

You can view the ingredients and nutritional information for each Isagenix product, by navigating to the relevant product page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the hyperlink  under the ‘ingredients’ tab

Do you provide coaching and support to help me achieve my goals

Absolutely, we will provide you with the support you need to help you achieve your health and weight loss goals. Everyone is different and we tailor our support based on individual preferences. Some people don’t want any coaching and we completely respect that. Other people like to have someone they can contact to answer questions and/or a coach who will check in with them regularly (phone and/or email) to provide support and tips to maximise results.

Is this a colon cleanse and do I need to be near a bathroom all day on my cleanse?

No! This is not a harsh colon cleanse and there are no laxatives or diuretics in the products. Isagenix is a natural and very gentle whole body cleanse that focuses on providing support to the bodies natural detoxification process and flooding the body with the optimum balance of essential nutrients to help the body to return to its natural balance. It is gentle, and most people experience very few side-effects, however it is very effective.

Is this just for people who want to lose weight?

No, this is a common misconception – everyone needs to cleanse their body of harmful toxins and impurities, not just those who are overweight.
